Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at judgethisclothingco@gmail.com and include your name, order number and reason for the return.

Approved returns must be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us immediately at judgethisclothingco@gmail.com if your item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Personal care products
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items, except where required by applicable consumer law

Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item or size is to return your original item. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union Orders

Customers receiving an order within the European Union may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must remain unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
