Prices and Payment

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when you complete your order, subject to the correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

Unless stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply to international orders.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Customers should receive their order within 21 calendar days from the date the order was placed.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, customs processing, severe weather or other events outside our reasonable control. Where a delay occurs, we will provide reasonable assistance and any remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period, beginning on the date you receive your item.

Unless the item is faulty or your rights under consumer law apply, returned products must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with their original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

You must contact us before returning an item. Products sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
