Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Customers should receive their order within 21 calendar days from the date the order was placed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in that email.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please contact us immediately at judgethisclothingco@gmail.com if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Judge This Clothing Co. is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Delayed Orders

Please contact us at judgethisclothingco@gmail.com if your order has not arrived within 21 days.

Include your full name and order number so we can investigate the delivery with the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your package or items are damaged, defective or incorrect.

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, speak with other members of your household and contact the shipping carrier.

Judge This Clothing Co. is not responsible for packages that are stolen after being confirmed as delivered. However, you may contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may cause additional delays outside our control.
